Crossover EV Concept
With the crossover segment becoming increasingly competitive, it’s no surprise that automakers like Buick are expanding their brands’ crossover lineups to get their shot at the market. At a recent auto show in China, Buick had a trick up its sleeve, too – the all-electric Enspire Concept. The crossover EV concept brings the green car segment and the crossover segment together to bring a wider audience to Buick dealerships. As Buick’s first electric car, it’s attracting attention from a new niche, too.
All-Electric Enspire Concept
Old fans of Buick will recognize styling cues and design elements that grant the brand its signature sophistication and elegance, so the Buick Enspire Concept feels like a cohesive member of the brand’s lineup despite the innovative powertrain. The interior is also decked out in upscale features, including wood trimming, leather seats, a crisp and intuitive touchscreen, and even 5G Wi-Fi.
In spite of all these luxurious offerings, the Buick Enspire Concept doesn’t skimp on its EV capabilities, either. In fact, the all-electric Enspire Concept boasts a mile range of up to 370 miles, allowing drivers to eliminate any range anxiety. It also can charge up to 80 percent of its battery in as little as 40 minutes, and efficiency doesn’t have to mean a lack of performance; the Enspire Concept also puts out 550 horsepower.
